The Come Back to Love® monthly group coaching, Living From Your Heart, will explore the how and why of radical self-love, self-compassion, and truth.  We explore what it takes to unconditionally love ourselves and how to navigate unworthiness, mother/father wound, negative self-talk, betrayal, and grief. We look at the areas of ourselves that we have labeled as “unworthy” or “unlovable,” learning a variety of tools, techniques, and practices to move to a place of supportive self-love and self-care.

  • Practical strategies and techniques to diffuse the inner critic and clear negativity
